Transitioning her focus to fitness, she has become a certified Strength & Conditioning (S&C) and Boxing Coach. With over seven years of experience, she excels in training both athletes and the general population. Currently, Aakanksha serves as the Head Coach at Rush Fitness, where she leads sessions in S&C, Boxing, and Pilates.
Nikita, driven by a passion for fitness and a mission to assist others in achieving their health goals, began her career at 19 as a cardio instructor. She soon obtained certification in yoga from Rishikesh and has since amassed over 4 years of experience in the industry, working with renowned companies like Onefitplus, Cultsports, and reform Pilates. Currently, she serves as a Yoga and Pilates coach at Rush Fitness. Nikitas aim is to help individuals not only achieve their physical fitness goals but also enhance their mental well-being. She strives to create a supportive environment where people feel confident and motivated to excel.
ANJANA, discovered her passion for boxing at an early age. She represented her state in numerous national boxing tournaments across India and also won madals. Her impressive performances led to her selection for multiple Indian boxing coaching camps. These camps are known for their rigorous training regimens and are attended by the best athletes from across the country.
A renowned certified nutritionist and strength and conditioning (S & C) coach with 6+ year experience in this fitness field dedicated to empowering individuals and providing holistic health to achieve peak health and performance. She herself have gained 15 kgs of weight with lean muscle mass now helping individuals to fulfill their fitness Goals.
